Frederick Junior Cadets is part of the Mountain Valley Youth Football League. The MYYFL has teams from organisations in Frederick, Carroll, Washington Counties in Maryland, as well as Spring Mills, WV. We have football players and cheerleaders from Kindergarten to 8th grade.

We offer football, flag football, girls flag football and cheer. We accept players from within the Frederick High School and Thomas Johnson High School boundaries in Frederick MD.

Practices start in mid-August with football camp and run through November. Practice is centrally located at Hill Street Skate Park, right off Hillcrest Road in Frederick MD.

Games are played on either Saturday or Sunday, starting in September through to November.
